Cheese Biscuits

1 kg Flour                                                            300g margarine

6 tsp instant yeast                                                500 ml sour cream

1 tsp salt                                                             200 ml milk

300g grated cheddar cheese                                  2 eggs

In microwave oven, melt margarine.  Add sour cream, milk and eggs.  Combine dry and wet ingredients.  Knead and let rest for 15 minutes.  Roll out dough.  Cut with biscuit cutter.  Place biscuits on a greased and floured cookie sheet.  Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until light golden in color.  While still hot, brush with beaten egg yolk.
