Jiffy Pepper Steak

1 lb (0.5 kg) sirloin steak                           1 Tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp (2 ml) freshly ground pepper            1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice

2 Tbsp (25 ml) butter                                ¼ tsp (1 ml) celery salt

                                                               ½ clove garlic, minced

Cut steak into serving-size pieces.  Rub pepper into meat with heal of your hand.  Melt butter in a small saucepan.  Add remaining ingredients.  Brush sauce on steaks, fast-fry over high heat, approximately 5 minutes.  Do not overcook.  Serve immediately, topped with remaining sauce.  Serves  3 to 4.
