Lazy Cabbage Rolls

½ lb. meat (ground beef)                                 ½ cup water

½ onion                                                          1 tsp salt

½ cup uncooked rice                                        ½ tsp pepper

1 ½ cups chopped cabbage                               1 tsp garlic salt

2 ½ cups tomato juice

Brown meat and onion.  Drain excess fat.  Add rice, cabbage, juice, water and spices.  Cook, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes on medium heat.
