Sticky Gooey Yummy Chicken Wings

2 to 3 lb chicken wings                                         2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp shortening                                                2 Tbsp dry red wine (or more)

Sweet Basil                                                          Pepper

Sauce:

¼ cup soya sauce                                                  

½ cup liquid honey                                               

Discard boney tip and cut other pieces in two.  Brown chicken wings lightly in electric frying pan in shortening.  Pour half of sauce over wings and let cook for 15 minutes.  Turn Chicken pieces over so they are all coated with sauce.  Cook another 15 minutes.  Pour the rest of sauce over and make sure all pieces are coated.  Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
